Built in 1856 and beautifully restored, the house combines heritage and modern comfort in an unforgettable setting overlooking the High Weald.
Once the family home of Lady Denman, Balcombe Place remains a symbol of the Estate’s long history of care and hospitality. Today, it continues that legacy, hosting private gatherings and special occasions with timeless elegance and warmth.
Balcombe Place offers a collection of elegant reception rooms, including the Main Hall, Music Room and Drawing Room, providing flexible space for ceremonies, dining and celebration. Fourteen individually designed en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to 28 guests, making it ideal for weekend stays and extended gatherings.
